Coaching for executives
Explore new perspectives
Starting out as a career changer in a management position?
We show you the way with our personalised career transformer modules
Who is our offer aimed at?
For executives who are looking for a career reorientation. We specialise in the service, tourism, retail, automotive and luxury goods sectors.
Why are we focussing on managers in particular?
Leaders are usually under double pressure: they have to fulfil high expectations towards numerous different stakeholder groups. They are often extremely lonely in this position. With a lateral entry, it is not only the organisation that is new, but usually also the technical content; Especially in a new industry, employee recognition has to be worked hard for. The approach to a reorientation is different to a job change in a field in which they already have sound work experience. From the application to the probationary period, a career changer needs to make a special effort.
But that shouldn’t stop you from making a fresh start.
We accompany you on every step of your journey.
How we support you
Our own many years of experience as managers who have already mastered several industry changes, as well as our sound training in career counselling and coaching, enable us to support you competently and empathetically on your way into new professional territory;
You will receive all the tools you need to analyse your career decision as a career changer and successfully embark on your new career path;
We accompany you with our 6 modules from A-Z on the way to your new position.

Determining where I stand and analysing my environment helped me to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. By taking my personal wishes and strengths into account, I now have a clear professional goal in mind that I can work towards.
After this module, I received a comprehensive industry and labour market analysis. This enabled me to optimise my application strategy and expand my professional network in a structured way, now I know where I want to go and what training I need to get there.
The thorough analysis of my CV to highlight strengths and qualifications, the optimisation of the CV for the desired position and the review of my qualification profile were very helpful. And with the optimisation of my social media presence, I am sure that I have found the "red" thread for my professional impression.
Module 4 was the icing on the cake for me. After the other two modules, which were about analysis and implementation, we got down to the "soft skills" here; We simulated a job interview from A to Z and this boosted my self-confidence even more. The resilience training to deal with rejections was also an "eye-opener" - I can also apply this well in my private life.
I had already been verbally accepted for the new job and booked Module 5 in preparation for the contract negotiations; I received valuable support in planning the negotiation meeting and together we defined a strategy on how to proceed. After signing the contract, we took care of the right "off-boarding" and then also the "on-boarding" strategy - I can only recommend this to everyone!
Mrs Matthys accompanied me during my first 100 days in the new position, with support in the concrete planning of the induction and integration. We drew up a trial period plan with defined milestones. She prepared me sensitively for potential pitfalls and was in contact with me on a weekly basis; With her as a sparring partner in the background, I felt perfectly equipped to tackle the new challenge;
